At The Emphasys Group - we’re people just like you. We have a passion for software and helping others with their software projects. In working with you, we’re bound to collect some information - otherwise, how would we communicate? However, we don’t sell contact information, personal information, nor are we looking to annoy you with spam. The short version of our privacy policy is that we treat your information and personal details exactly the way we’d expect others to respect our privacy. If at any time you need information about how we are handling your data or have an issue with our handling of your data - please contact us (privacy-policy@emphasysgrp.com) and we’ll get things fixed.

The Emphasys Group understands the value of your personal information and we respect your right to privacy. We are committed to maintaining your confidence and trust. This commitment includes protecting the personal information that we obtain from you.
1. Information We Collect
General: Unless you provide information voluntarily, we will not collect any personal information about you when you visit our website. If we ask you to provide information that personally identifies you, our request to do so will be specific. Email from you: You may email messages to us that will contain your screen name and email address along with any additional information you may wish to include in the text of your message.

We will, upon request, update or delete your personal information; however, we will not be able to update or delete data that has been archived as part of our normal business operations.
We keep the personal information collected through our website as long as it is required to service your request, or until you request its deletion. We retain aggregated information collected about your visit to our website (i.e., browser type, domain name, pages visited) until we have completed our review and analysis of this information.
We do not add third-party data to your personal information and maintain your personal information in a merged or supplemented format.

Information posted to discussion forums, bulletin boards, chat rooms and other public forums may be displayed publicly. Please consider this before posting.
